Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

All transactions completed through this website are deemed confirmed and binding upon successful payment. Customers are advised to review all product information, descriptions, specifications, and terms carefully before placing an order.

Final Sale / No Change of Mind

All purchases are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal dissatisfaction
  • Sizing issues or incorrect size/colour selection by the customer
  • Delivery timelines
  • Failure to review product details before purchase
  • Reasons such as "The Item is too big/small for me/the item does not suit me" will not be entertained.
Important: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size/colour. Please take your own measurements carefully and compare them with the size chart provided before placing an order. We do not accept size/colour changes or returns due to incorrect size/colour selection, as this is not the seller’s fault.
 
Minor variations in colour, texture, packaging, or appearance due to lighting, screen display differences, or manufacturing processes are not considered defects.
 
Note: Refunds may only be issued if the item is sold out and cannot be replaced or exchanged.

Condition of Products

Refund, returns or exchanges are void if the product has been:
  • Opened, unfolded, worn or used
  • Altered, customized, or modified
  • Damaged by the customer
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Wrong Size or Wrong Colour

If you receive the wrong size or colour:
  1. Do not open the product from its original packaging.
  2. Keep it sealed exactly as it was delivered.
  3. Contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
Important: If the product is opened, unfolded, worn, used, or altered, the return or exchange will not be accepted, and this policy will be considered void.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective, damaged, you may request a return & exchange only.

To qualify:
  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Keep the product in original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  3. A video of unboxing/unpacking process that begins from opening the flyers to the point of quality check must be provided as evidence to make sure there is no tampering of item condition. 
  4. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  5. The item is subject to inspection prior to replacement approval. (The inspection process may take up to 14 working days).
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for any remedy.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase on this website, the customer acknowledges that they have exercised due diligence, understood the nature and condition of the products, and agreed to this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy at the time of purchase.
